1.  Click on the Women's Retreat Registration Form button above.

2.  When form appear you will need to download it to the 

desk top or in afile where it can be easily access.

​

3.  Once form has been downloaded you will need to save the file. 

 

4.  Fill out out and complete the form.

4. When form has been completed, you will need to save it again.  

​

5.  Go to your email and attach the save file and send it to nmobcwomenfellowship@gmail.com
